Product Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

  • Exemptions:

    • Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

    • Sale or clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • Contact our customer support team via email mysudra18@gmail.com.

  • Provide details of the item, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence, such as photos of damages or defects.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise

  • Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping:

  • For defective or incorrect items, mysudra.com will cover the return
    shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. mysudra.com is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


5. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • A processing fee of up to 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

Late Delivery Policy


1. Standard Delivery Expectations:

  • Orders are typically delivered within [5 – 40 days]. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

2. Reporting a Late Delivery:

  • If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

3. Resolution Options for Late Deliveries:

  • Orders delayed by more than 14 days qualify for a free shipment.

  • Orders delayed by over 30 days may qualify for:

    • A full refund.

    • A replacement order with expedited shipping, subject to stock availability.

    • A complimentary product as compensation.

  • While mysudra.com partners with reliable shipping providers, delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our direct control.

  • We will work closely with the courier to resolve any issues promptly.

 

Damaged or Defective Product Policy

  • Report any damage or defects within 7 days. Include the following information:

    • Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Your order number.

2. Resolution Process:

    • A replacement product, shipped at no additional cost.

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

    • A partial refund if you prefer to keep the item despite minor defects.


3. Shipping Damages:

  • For damages caused during shipping, mysudra.com will handle claims with the courier. Retain the original packaging and damaged item until the claim is resolved.

Order Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellation Window:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

  • Cancellations will not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.

 

2. Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Full refunds will be issued for canceled orders within the allowed timeframe.

  • For orders canceled after processing, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
